Garlicky Potato Fries

Low fat potato fries

Garlic cloves
Garlic powder

1. Cut the potatoes into thin and vertical slices. Heat oil in a pan and add chopped garlic, saute till you get nice aroma. 
2. Remove pan from heat, let oil cool down and then add garlic powder and salt. 
3. Put potatoes on a baking tray and spread oil on it.
4. Preheat the oven for 10 minutes at 350F. Bake the potato at same temperature.

French Toast

French Toast with Mapel Syrup

cinnamon powder
Sugar or brown sugar

Beat eggs, milk, cinnamon powder and sugar together. Whisk until well blended.
Dip the bread slice into egg mixture, allowing bread to soak up.
Melt some butter in the pan, add bread slices to it. Fry until brown from both sides.
Serve with butter, maple syrup and fresh fruit.

Note - French toast tatsts delicious with nutmeg powder and cardamom powder as well.

Naan Pizza


Before baking

For toppings -
Green pepper

For pizza base -
Garlic Naan
Tomato sauce
Chili sauce
Chili flakes
Garlic powder
Mozzarella cheese

1. Cut all the vegetables and pipeapple. Add/omit any toppings as per your liking.
2. In a pan heat oil, add all the vegetables and saute for 4 to 5 minute on high flame. Add salt, chili flakes (optional), garlic powder (optional) and black pepper powder.
3. Mix chili sauce and tomato sauce, spread it over the naan. Arrange the vegetables and pipeapple on naan. Spread mozzarella on top of it.
4. Pre-heat oven at 350F for 10 minutes. After that bake the pizza for about 15 to 20 minute at 400F.

One other variation is to add spinach as topping and pesto in pizza sauce. Use goat cheese for this pizza to add more flavor.
We can use plain naan or any flavored naan for this recipe.
