Spinach Pesto Pasta


  1. Boiled penne (whole grain)
  2. Pesto (Get it from supermarket or find recipe here)
  3. Asparagus
  4. Cherry tomatoes
  5. Yellow bell pepper
  6. Spinach
  7. Garlic cloves
  8. Parmesan cheese 
  9. Olive oil


  1. Heat the olive oil in a pan, add chopped garlic and asparagus. Let it cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
  2. Add yellow bell peppers, pesto and pasta. Mix well.
  3. Add spinach and cherry tomatoes then add salt.
  4. Serve hot with parmesan cheese shavings.
