This one is a personal favorite. I ate it at sweetgreen and tried at home. 1. Greens - baby spinach 2. Veggies - chickpeas, cucumber, roasted red pepper 3. Protein - baked falafal Recipe 4. Crunch - pita chips 5. Cheese - feta cheese 6. Dressing - Hummus + lemon + cilantro dressing
Add salt, cayenne pepper and black pepper powder as per taste.
